Hayley was awesome with check-in and Ashley kept the coffee coming! Whole hotel is newly remodeled and the room was pristine. Hot tub and swimming pool were beautiful and not too crowded at breakfast time. Even the air quality felt HEPA filtered in the room. Dove built in liquid soap pumps were eco friendly and hypoallergenic. Only downside is the LED lamps have a lot of blue light, so it’s too bright to read before bed. They really need yellow/warm tone LEDs instead.
This place has a friendliest staff I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The night crew got us checked in quickly and got us extra pillows, and blankets. Ashley was serving breakfast in the morning. The food was amazing. Everything was very fresh and the butter was soft. You can tell she puts a lot of pride in her work. Would stay here again 10 out of 10.
This is a perfect place to stay when on the road. Convenient to freeway. Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Decent free breakfast. Reasonable prices. Be sure to book directly with Holiday Inn Express to get the best price - and not other lodging services who charge added fees.
I lost the keys to the car,They were very accommodating, allowing us to have a late check out. They staff was amazing, concerned about our plight. The breakfast was delicious the room emaculate it shower was refreshing 10 stars for them
This was a great place to stay and reasonably priced! The front desk staff greeted and easy conversed with us about our plans for our stay. We felt our room was very clean. The beds were firm but comfortable for us. The breakfast was a great variety and the staff was friendly! We have 2 kids under 5. Biggest bummer was the hot tub not working and the pool is small— tough to swim with 3 families in the pool. We would stay again on a trip to the area.
Hotel was quiet and clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. The bed was a little too firm for my tastes, but the suite was nice and roomy.
Nice, clean room. My wife wanted to stay here for the in room “jacuzzi” tub. The room has plenty of space and everything you would expect.(iron, ironing board, hair dryer, fridge) Area seems pretty safe as well. Checking in was a breeze, with friendly service. We will definitely be staying here again, in the future.
We've been traveling around the US for several years and this was an outstanding hotel stay especially for under $200 a night. The location is close to the highway with a theater and go karts within walking distance. The front desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful with information about restaurant options in the area. Our room was on the third floor and very quiet and clean with a microwave and fridge and plenty of floor space for me to do stretches for my back. The AC worked great and the water pressure and temperature in the shower was perfect for us. We thought the bed was so comfortable and my husband so much so that he didn't want to get out of it lol. The breakfast staff was super friendly and the breakfast had hot food including bacon and hot oatmeal. Our stay was so enjoyable that we joked about cancelling the rest of the trip and staying here. Thanks Holiday Inn staff for a wonderful stay!
